So I typically check in with new clients as our appointment draws near, and in this instance, the client mentioned that their need for me had been fulfilled by an inside source. Fine by me, I'm not phased by this. I have backups for this type of scenario. Moving along, I got right onto the next task - assembling wire greeting card racks for a local business, taking my favorite dog-client for his afternoon walk, delivering furniture to and fro for an interior designer client, and doing dump runs for my commercial clients. Mind you, I wake up every morning bright and early and start my day with the sunrise, delivering bagels and baked goods for the local bagel haunt. That's every day, though. What will tomorrow bring?
